Hi, I’m Jess, Welcome to Rise Hypnotherapy. 

I trained to be a hypnotherapist and solution-focused therapist after experiencing the incredible changes these therapies can bring first hand. My greatest joy is witnessing the changes in my clients from their first session to their final session.

How does Hypnotherapy Work?

Hypnotherapy is similar to guided meditation. You are in control at all times, we will make sure you feel safe, and most importantly, it is incredibly relaxing. Those feelings of relaxation are likely to stay with you for some time after the session.

 

That relaxation is the key to how Hypnotherapy works. Simply put, hypnotherapy relaxes you so that we can make changes to the patterns you have created in your subconscious mind. While your conscious mind takes a break from all the hard work of planning, worrying and thinking, we work on changing the way you feel. We work on showing you the future you want, and we create the path for you to get there.

I was suffering from panic attacks and the session with Jess has helped me to re-align my emotions and to be more rational in the way I re-act to certain circumstances. I would recommend her therapy sessions.
Jess was very warm but also completely professional. My daughter benefitted greatly from the sessions and, from being terrified of flying, was able to board a plane on her own and remain calm during the flight. I really feel that will make a lasting difference to her life.
